I spent alot of time working for managed service providers, which is what Praetorian IT consulting is.  In a fast changing world in IT, only those who are able to adapt and have there finger on the pulse of the industry can make it.

 An antiquated business practice in 2020s IT is overhead. Services for businesses are done on premises anyway, and home computer users typically would rather have you come to them, or pick up the machine. So, who pays the cost of a relatively useless storefront, inventory, utilities and facilities costs? The customer.  We come in at the low end of the industry standard spectrum in terms of costs for services. And thats because we have no overhead. If you have an issue, we will come to you.
